During the 75th Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the country from the Red Fort’s ramparts.The Prime Minister emphasised that India must continue to make fresh commitments over the next 25 years. He also praised the medical community’s efforts to combat the pandemic.

1.’Sabka Prayas’ is helping to develop a new India alongside ‘Sabka Saath,Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.’

4. Within two years of the ‘Jal Jeevan Mission,’ almost 4.5 million new homes had access to piped water.

6 Reservation for dalits, STs, backwards, and general category poor is required; hand-holding of underprivileged populations is required.
7. The development of J&K is obvious on the ground; a delimitation effort is underway, and preparations for assembly elections are underway.
8. The government will offer nutritious rice to the underprivileged, and by 2024, all rice provided under any scheme would be fortified.
9. India must continue to make new commitments for the next 25 years.
10. Our communities are undergoing significant transformations, and digital businesses are being nurtured in them as well.
11. In addition to modern infrastructure, India must take a holistic approach to infrastructure development.
12. We’ll have to collaborate to create world-class items employing cutting-edge technology and new technology.
13. A campaign to evaluate regulations and processes and eliminate any that are obstructive.

Following their victory at the Battle of Plassey in 1757, the British took control of India and oppressed the country for the next 200 years.
Following the Indian rebellion of 1857, the East India Company ruled India for 100 years before being replaced by direct British rule.
