WITH THE ARRIVAL OF AUTUMN, DISEASES ALSO START. ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA, TO STAY HEALTHY IN THIS SEASON, SPECIAL ATTENTION IS NEEDED ON DIET AND ROUTINE. Weather Changes
Autumn is a sign of cool weather
It is known as ‘Roganam Shardi Mata’ in Ayurveda, which means “mother of ailments.” Aside from fall, there may be certain health issues associated with the change of seasons. Experts in Ayurveda have devised seasonal regulations that make it very simple to avoid ailments.
Be regular, Be healthy:
The importance of regularity in remaining healthy without drugs cannot be overstated. It has a straightforward meaning. Daily actions such as sleeping on time, waking up on time, and urinary excretion, meditation, pranayama, clothing, bhajan, and taking meals on time are just a few examples.
In the fall, bile is the illness operator. People with an irregular schedule are more likely to experience difficulties such as fever, blood disorders, vomiting, vertigo, belching, burning in the stomach, flatulence, cold, and a lack of interest in eating meals.
Healthy Eating Habits:
The most important aspect of the fall diet, according to Ayurveda, is to eat light, easily digestible foods. Rice, bitter gourd, parwal, taroi, fenugreek, spinach, radish, water chestnut, grape tomato, dry fruits, and coconut are also considered nutritious foods.
Consumption of cardamom, which assists digestion as well as cleaning the mouth, is healthy. During this season, desi ghee, dry grapes, and dates are also useful. It is useful to consume Triphala churna or Gulkand of Amaltas flowers on a regular basis to keep the stomach clean. Peeled lentils, a spice-free vegetable, lemon juice in lukewarm water in the morning, and myrobalan at night are all particularly good.
Oil, massage, morning, carpet excursions as a practical workout, putting sandalwood or Multani mitti to the body, and bathing are some of the other activities.
Eat what’s left of what you’ve already eaten, then eat some more. Sleeping in the fog, drinking too hot milk, sleeping during the day, and waking up in the middle of the night are all prohibited. Food grains, curd, cold drinks, and ice cream kept in the refrigerator should not be consumed.
It is considered beneficial to consume water and kheer that has come into contact with the moon’s beams. Drinking warm water and mixing rock salt in desi ghee and massaging the chest with mild hands relieve colds and chest tightness. Take Ayurvedacharya’s counsel before doing any of the abovementioned therapies.
Giloy juice with Tulsi ginger tea:
For the first aid of autumn illness, avoid using strong spices.
Fever can be treated with Tulsi ginger tea and Giloy juice.
If you have a blood problem or an itchy red rash, avoid using soap when showering.
In the event of dizziness, Ashwagandharishta should be mixed with an equal amount of water and taken after meals.
Half a teaspoon of carom seeds mixed with two pinches of black pepper salt relieves sour belching.
Diseases begin to emerge with the onset of fall.
According to Ayurveda, careful attention to nutrition and habit is required to keep healthy throughout this season.
