The CBI has arrested three individuals in connection with the NEET-UG paper leak case. These arrests bring the total number of people detained by the agency to 21.
The two MBBS students arrested, Kumar Mangalam Bishnoi and Deepender Sharma, are accused of solving stolen exam papers for money. They were present in Hazaribagh on the day of the exam and are part of a “solver module” that allegedly provided answers to paying NEET-UG aspirants.
The third individual arrested, Sashikant Paswan, is a B.Tech graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur. He is believed to be a key player in the paper leak operation and is accused of working alongside other masterminds, including Pankaj Kumar and Rockey.
The CBI has been investigating multiple cases related to the alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG exam, including paper leaks and instances of impersonation. The agency’s investigation is ongoing and aims to uncover the full extent of the alleged fraud.
