Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed a new calf named “Deepjyoti” at his residence, 7, Lok Kalyan Marg. The calf was born to a cow on the premises. Modi shared the news on X, along with a video of himself interacting with the calf. He explained that he named the calf “Deepjyoti” because of a bright mark on its forehead, signifying light. In his posts, he expressed joy over the arrival of the calf and shared photos of himself spending time with it at his residence, including carrying it, sitting with it at his personal temple, and taking it out to the garden.
